Industrial space at Humber Enterprise Park is now at full occupancy, after negotiating a six-year lease with manufacturing company Wren Kitchens.
The new tenant, which is using the business park in Brough as a storage facility, has filled one of the site’s 150,000 sq. ft. warehouses – the last available industrial space at Humber Enterprise Park.
The largest industrial letting in East Yorkshire in the past 12 months, Wren Kitchens joins existing tenants including BAE Systems, Eco Engineering Installations Ltd, Purex Fume Extraction Systems and local business Crafty Little Brewery to fill the 500,000 square feet of industrial space.
Based in the heart of the East Riding, Humber Enterprise Park provides high grade production and storage units across 79 acres, with a range of spaces in a variety of different variations, as well as premium office facilities.
