The One Point has won dual recognition from the O2 Direct Partner Network for empowering businesses with the best digital solutions and customer service.

The Hessle-based company has won both the 2023 O2 Digital Excellence and Customer Excellence awards, extending its winning streak to nine years.

‍The Digital Excellence Award is given to O2 partners who have demonstrated outstanding use of digital tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. The Customer Excellence Award recognises partners for their stellar customer support and service and their ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

These awards serve as a trust mark for business owners, showcasing The One Point’s recognition of the importance of digital innovation and customer service in driving business growth.
