Springpack welcomes six new summer ‘signings’

29th Sep

A certain Mr Messi may have been making the transfer headlines of late, but Worcester-based Springpack has said it is delighted to announce six of its own new summer signings as part of its continued growth strategy.

Emma Smith has joined the customer service team, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. She is waiting to take your calls on 01905 457000.

Jason Owen joins the sales team, covering the East Midlands. If you are in that area, and looking for some excellent eco-friendly packaging solutions, get in touch with Jason.

Sourcing eco-friendly products is a really big part of what Springpack does, and this will be the focus of new purchasing team member Samantha Southwell, who has more than 18 years’ experience within purchasing, specifically within protective packaging, so watch this space for new products launching.

If you look after the pennies, the pounds will look after themselves, and to make sure they are being looked after, George Murrells has joined Springpack as its new financial controller.

Ashley Heath also joins the sales team. Ashley will be responsible for contacting customers to check on recent orders, potential opportunities for growth, and managing the company’s ongoing relationships.

The final signing is Hannah Wallace, who will also be joining the sales team, covering South Wales, Bristol and Gloucestershire. Hannah has a strong background in packaging, as well as building customer relationships.

Marketing manager Chris Clarke said: “It’s great to see so many new faces added to the team. Welcome, everyone!”
