In a quest to reduce their carbon emissions even further, the Springpack team (Chris Clarke, Roshan Francis and Amy Francis) got their helmets on and have been trialling sustainable deliveries on the Raleigh E-cargo trike throughout August.
Springpack partnered with Raleigh bikes, one of its customers, to get the trike branded up and loaned to the company, so the team could trial using it for some local deliveries.
Throughout the month, small, local deliveries were loaded into the trike and delivered by one of the Springpack team. Customers loved it!
They were all happy to see that Springpack is doing its bit for the environment and commented that they’d not seen anything like it before.
As well as using the trike for delivering goods, the team also filled the trike full of Springpack goody packs and dropped into some local companies to promote their services and build relationships with neighbouring businesses.
The team have loved getting out and about on the trike, meeting the locals and discussing all things sustainability.
