New star wins ‘Employee of the Month’ after setting lettings record at Davidson Estates

22nd Apr

A high-performing new staff member at Davidson Estates has received a special award after setting a new record for the number of lettings achieved in one month. Lauren Mclean received “Employee of the Month” for personally arranging 21 lettings of Birmingham properties throughout March. Ms Mclean, a sales and lettings associate at Davidson Estates, is now breaking out the champagne after the success in her role, which she only started in August last year.

Ben Davidson, managing director of Davidson Estates, the estate and letting agency with offices in Edgbaston and Birmingham city centre, said: “Congratulations to Lauren for being so brilliant at breaking our ‘new lets’ record achieved in a single month by a single employee. “We’re hugely impressed with this star performance by Lauren, who only started with us last summer, and that new record is now something for everyone else to aim for. Keep up the good work!”

Before joining Davidson Estates, Ms Mclean worked as a property manager at SevenCapital and was previously a lettings administrator at Belvoir. She said: “I’m chuffed to bits at winning the award, and will be working hard to keep the crown for getting the most lets in a single month! “But seriously, everyone else here at Davidson Estates are great to work with and are so encouraging, so it really is a team effort.”
