24th Mar

Award-winning law firm FBC Manby Bowdler has appointed Claire Bentick as a senior associate as the firm seeks to strengthen its litigation offer for Worcestershire.

Based at FBC Manby Bowdler’s office in Redditch, qualified solicitor Claire will be dealing with a wide range of aspects of commercial litigation for her clients including contract disputes, property disputes between landlords and tenants, debt recovery and insolvency.

Claire will be working alongside Partner Gareth Ruddock, who is now permanently based at the Redditch branch, and senior associate, Andrew Verlander.

Having qualified as a solicitor in 2008, Claire brings a wealth of experience to the established team. She is also a member and liveryman of the Merchant Taylors Company in London.

Managing director Neil Lloyd said Claire’s appointment was part of a wider commitment to delivering a greater depth of commercial litigation services to its clients based in and around Worcestershire.

“I am delighted to have Claire on board to further strengthen the outstanding team that we have in place at FBC Manby Bowdler.

“Claire brings experience and passion to her role as well as a strong track record of working successfully with companies and individuals in the Midlands. With these qualities, I’m sure Claire will deliver the stellar service our clients have become accustomed to.”
