Liz Owen-Dyce has a passion for helping women succeed

07th Mar

I have always been passionate about people. After 15 years as a licensed retail manager, I transitioned into recruitment and people development, ultimately joining MS3 Networks. Here, inclusivity and career growth are central to our mission. As I work towards my CIPD Level 5, I find that continuous professional development is vital for unlocking opportunities—not just for me, but for all women in the workplace.

Since joining MS3, I am proud of the impactful initiatives we’ve launched, particularly our partnership with the Sailors’ Children’s Society, which supports families facing adversity. Engaging with local families and community events has been incredibly rewarding, illustrating the difference we can make together.

At MS3, we prioritise access to essential physical and mental health resources, offering flexible working policies, menopause support groups, and Bupa healthcare. These initiatives are crucial for balancing career growth with personal well-being and reflect our commitment to an environment where women can thrive.

However, this is only part of a larger mission. All businesses must actively drive equity through mentorship, inclusive hiring practices, and policies that eliminate barriers to progression. If we want to see more women in leadership, we must cultivate supportive environments. It’s about investing in women, amplifying their voices, and ensuring the next generation knows no limits to their potential. This commitment to change fuels my passion for helping women succeed, and I am proud to contribute to this vital cause.
