Hull-based Kingston Cleaning Services (KCS) has announced a series of new contracts and long-standing partnerships as it continues to expand its operations across East Yorkshire and beyond.
Among its latest wins, KCS has secured a year-long contract with Yara at its Pocklington site. The agreement covers multiple buildings, including the factory, Analytics Lab, DC Training Centre and head office. KCS is also eyeing further growth with the aim of securing cleaning services at Yara’s new Howden facility, which is set to open in late 2025.
In addition to new business, KCS has strengthened its relationship with several existing clients. The company has worked with law firm Bridge McFarland for over a decade at its Hull Marina offices. Following the firm’s expansion with a new office in Anlaby earlier this year, KCS now provides daily cleaning and window cleaning services across both sites.
Office cleaning contracts have also been secured with Kitchen Civils at its head office in Newport. KCS will additionally provide cleaning support on Kitchen Civils’ construction sites, taking responsibility for keeping its site cabins clean.
Several sites now benefit from KCS’s full range of services, including daily cleaning, window cleaning and washroom maintenance. Cranswick’s head office at Crane Court and its Humber View farming operation at Hesslewood Business Park are among them. KCS provides daily cleaning alongside monthly internal and external window cleaning, washroom services and kitchen supplies.
KCS continues its long-term partnership with Napoleons Casino in Hull. Having worked together for over 20 years, KCS supplies a dedicated team of five staff who work seven days a week, 364 days a year. In addition to the daily cleaning, the casino also receives fortnightly window and carpet cleaning services.
Unique Salons, with locations in Beverley, Hessle and Cottingham, also rely on KCS’s expertise. A team of six staff carries out monthly deep cleans, focusing on floor scrubbing and ensuring the salons maintain their high standards of hygiene and presentation.
The John Good Group is another key client, receiving daily office cleaning as well as monthly internal and external window cleaning. KCS also provides washroom services and kitchen supplies for the logistics firm.
In the education sector, KCS continues to support Aspire Academy, Compass Academy and Ron Dearing UTC by providing staff cover during periods of absence or recruitment shortages. Kelvin Hall School has worked with KCS for over five years, with a specialist team carrying out deep cleans of classrooms, IT suites, art rooms, offices and communal areas during the summer holidays.
A spokesman for KCS said the latest contracts reflected the company’s ongoing commitment to high standards and reliable service.
He said: “We’re proud to continue growing through strong partnerships and new opportunities. Our team works hard to deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning services tailored to each client’s needs.”
Kingston Cleaning Services, which has been operating in Hull and the surrounding areas for more than 20 years, continues to expand its workforce and capabilities to meet increasing demand from businesses, schools and public sector organisations.
