Latin America and the Caribbean offer many opportunities for UK exporters.
Hull and East Yorkshire Local Enterprise Partnership (HEY LEP) is working with colleagues from the Department for International Trade, to highlight such opportunities for those UK companies operating in clean growth sectors such as renewables, infrastructure, advanced engineering, agri-tech, tech and smart cities, and sustainable consumption (fashion and retail). Opportunities for food and drink exporters also exist.
Brazil-based Carolina Silva, Northern Powerhouse business manager for Latin America and the Caribbean, recently gave HEY LEP an overview of opportunities for UK companies in the region.
