Since its inception in 2021, Consortium Recruitment has consistently demonstrated an unwavering commitment to connecting exceptional candidates with forward-thinking companies. The company’s innovative approach to recruitment, personalised solutions, and dedication to fostering diversity and inclusion have paved the way for its success.

During its second year, the organisation has achieved a 30% growth in turnover and more than 40% growth in its client base.

Founder and managing director David Lipton said: “It’s truly exhilarating to see the remarkable growth we’ve experienced over the past two years. The team’s dedication, passion and commitment to delivering exceptional results for our clients and candidates has been instrumental in achieving this milestone. The demand from clients has led to Consortium continuing recruitment, already doubling the size of the team in the past two years and with another vacancy being advertised for a senior consultant.

Their dedication to understanding our unique needs and culture is truly commendable. With their expert guidance, we’ve not only found some of the best talent but also individuals who seamlessly integrate into our organisation.

Consortium Recruitment is also known for running its Consortium Collaborate workshops covering key topics such as menopause and mental health in the workplace. These have been attended by more than 50 delegates, with demand continuing to increase.

The company is now set to continue its growth trajectory as it looks to double the team size in the next 12 months and expand its office at the Ergo Centre in Hessle.
