Pershore commercial catering firm Sprint Group is celebrating after winning a national catering industry award.
Sprint Group, based in Cobham Road, was named by the Foodservice Equipment Journal as the winning distributor for the Multi-Site Kitchen Project House of the Year award.
It is the second time Sprint Group has taken home the accolade, having first won it in 2018.
Sprint Group designs and instals high-quality commercial kitchens and provides ongoing technical support to keep commercial kitchens operational.
The Foodservice Equipment Journal named Sprint Group as the winner at an awards ceremony in London last week. The award celebrates standalone items of equipment that need to be knitted together with the perfect design to deliver a winning kitchen.
According to organisers, the award “applies to those companies that are working with multi-site users to deliver full kitchen projects encompassing everything from design and specification to installation and commissioning”.
Simon Carpmael, managing director of Sprint Group, said: “We’ve worked really well as a company this year, right across the whole business. From project management and planning to handover it has been a real team effort which this year has been so important.”
