Beal Homes offers special Easter incentive

There are just a handful of homes still available at Beal Homes’ developments at Turpin’s Heath in Welton and The Paddocks, Hessle.
Now Beal is offering a special Easter incentive to help buyers join these attractive and in-demand new communities.
Over the Easter weekend, from Good Friday, April 19, to Easter Monday, April 22, Beal is offering its Home Exchange schemes, including free valuation fees, to buyers who commit to a luxury new home at Turpin’s Heath or The Paddocks.
There are just seven homes available at Turpin’s Heath and eight at The Paddocks, all of them four bedroom properties. They include sought-after view home properties which benefit from upgraded fixtures and fittings.
They range from a four bedroom detached Langdale at Turpin’s Heath, featuring lounge with feature bay window; contemporary kitchen/dining room with French doors leading to garden; separate utility; ground floor cloakroom; master bedroom with en-suite shower room and family bathroom, priced at £299,995.
The largest property still available is the four bedroom detached Canterbury at The Paddocks, which is available for £409,995. It boasts an impressive central entrance hallway; lounge with feature bay window; contemporary open plan kitchen/ family/dining room with French doors leading to rear garden; separate utility room; ground floor cloakroom; gallery landing; master bedroom with en-suite and walk-in closet; family bathroom and study.
