HEY Smile Foundation programme bids to boost businesses’ social responsibility

10th Jan

HEY Smile Foundation has launched a new corporate social responsibility initiative.

Smile365 Plus is designed to galvanise community support while providing substantial benefits to participating businesses.

The launch marks a significant stride in building trusted partnerships with businesses that will in turn empower charities, uplift communities and create a lasting positive impact across the region.

For the past 16 years, HEY Smile Foundation has driven transformational change by supporting charities, listening to community needs, and finding solutions to the challenges faced by the voluntary community and social enterprise sector.

Jamie Lewis, CEO of HEY Smile Foundation, said: “At the HEY Smile Foundation, our mission is centred on empowering local charities, people, and communities. We believe that by joining forces with corporate partners, we can create a ripple effect that transforms lives and builds a better future for all.

“Smile365 Plus extends Smile’s existing Smile365 programme, offering a comprehensive package, giving businesses unparalleled opportunities for community engagement and brand enhancement.

“The programme includes various facets, such as support for local charities, employee engagement and volunteering opportunities, corporate entertainment, networking and extensive brand exposure.”

As a founding partner of Smile, a member of Smile365, and now the first partner to join Smile365 Plus, The One Point continues its legacy of supporting the community.

Martin Lauer, founder and CEO, said: “The One Point has been a proud partner of Smile since day one.

“We have always had a soft spot for the charity, but now, I believe that our strategy and values are aligned and as a result, our sister company, N3i, has also joined the Smile365 Plus Programme.

“The team at Smile has always provided fun engagement, and the new Smile365 Plus package gives our business and our wider teams alternative ways of getting involved while supporting their excellent work.”

Tessa Wray, head of partnerships at HEY Smile Foundation, said: “Our work with businesses is vital to the operations of our charity. Local businesses have so much to offer, and we want to make it easy for them to give back.

“We take immense pride in mobilising that support, benefiting not only Smile and the wider community but the businesses themselves. We’d like to thank The One Point, for leading the way as our first Smile365 Plus member.”

Joining Smile365 Plus allows businesses to make a tangible difference in the local community as well as providing a platform for extensive brand exposure, employee engagement and networking opportunities.

Businesses of all sizes can get involved with Smile365 and make a meaningful impact while reaping significant rewards. For more information on joining the programme, interested parties are invited to contact Tessa at tw@heysmilefoundation.org.
