The disruptive marketing and PR agency’s reputation for delivering high-impact campaigns has seen them attract the attention of several new high-profile clients. Now, as it looks to the future, led by creative director and founder Calvin Innes (left), this new team will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects, streamlining processes across the agency, and helping the business achieve its ambitious targets for the next 18 months.

Adam Fawcett (operations manager) and Jonny Winn (project manager) join Rob Lambert (digital manager) and the recently appointed Sophie Chittock (head of social media). Together they bring more than two decades of experience and technical knowledge to the agency.

Calvin said: “The new management team is about stability. Our growth over the last year or two has been great and we’ve achieved it by putting creativity and innovation first.

“Now, as we expand the agency into new locations and fully embrace hybrid working, a new management structure is required to oversee our growing workforce.”

Adam added: “Everyone in the team we’ve put in place shares the same ambitions for the agency. Our vision for the next year will see us adding to the team further and expanding our digital and PR offerings, and having this level of shared expertise overseeing each project allows us to reach even higher.”
